Visuospatial hemineglect is clinically defined as the inability to detect, orient toward, or respond to novel or significant stimuli presented in the contralateral region of space (Aparicio-López, 2014). This condition affects visual perception by impairing the patient’s ability to respond to stimuli appearing in specific areas of the visual field. This thesis project aims to develop accessible graphic design pieces that take into account the perceptual characteristics associated with this condition.
